Yes. Every customer is placed in a different database schema with a unique encryption key. This enables us to scale clients to dedicated hardware as needed without service interuption. If a client requests a dedicated server this will be at an additional cost but is absolutely available.

There are two parts to this answer - one is the encryption during transmission and one is the encryption of data on our servers.

Our Website uses SSL encryption similar to banks for securly transmitting data to and from our servers. This encryption passes through CloudFlare who enables tremendous scale and protection from Denial of Service attacks. This connection is regularly tested by SSLLabs.com and rated an 'A' for security.

Our storage encrypts PII (Personally Identifiable Information) at rest to ensure that if our databases were compromised the data is secure. The details of this encryption we are not making public but is available to clients and vetted prospects under NDA.
